After the arrival a few months ago of Vassouguy Cadandabany to increase TOD’s presence on social networks, the team is growing to support the development of the community and the deployment of new projects.
T2B, TOD’s new BtoB software solution, is currently being launched. It offers companies a new generation employee experience based on the same concepts as the yourtod.com platform, highlighting and enhancing human capital for more meaning and commitment. Anne Fauvet joins the TOD team as project manager to accompany the launch of T2B and prepare the launch of the first international initiatives. The values of TOD and the ambition to participate in the construction of a more human and collective world of work, led this young graduate of Sciences Po to join the startup.
The TOD community surpassed 1,000 talents in the first days of 2019; the goal is now to reach 10,000 within two years. Virginie Améaume is the new Operations Manager. Passionate about human connections, she has the tough task of getting to know each of the talents personally, bringing the Spirit of Tod to life within the community so that the startup’s commitment to nurture the dreams and aspirations of each Toder is respected. Virginie has previously led large European projects in the field of supply chain for the industry. Some striking encounters have strengthened her values of openness, solidarity and her desire to help others to achieve their professional goals. As a mediator, she participated in the collective adventure of the book “Osez la convivialité, 52 témoignages qui donnent la pêche” (Comme un éditeur, 2014)
