A TOD “Challenge Force” to better support companies through their human challenges within the crisis.
The health crisis, by confronting companies with real human challenges that have become inescapable, such as rebuilding social cohesion after the geographical splintering of teams during the confinement, thinking differently about the company, restoring desire and boosting commitment in an anxious and uncertain period, brings out a real but perhaps fleeting opportunity to transform the HR approach of organizations… Some companies will have to reposition executives from abandoned projects, temporarily or permanently, towards more productive or transversal functions, others will have to transform themselves to respond to their employees’ quest for meaning or need for alignment with their values and thus regain their commitment. This is precisely what TOD provides answers to.
In order to be able to seize these opportunities, TOD has decided to multiply its forces in September 2020 through the constitution of a multi-skilled, multi-sector “Challenge Force”, immediately operational to make its approach known to a maximum number of people and companies in a short time. The challenges to be met are multiple: to convince people that only a different view of human capital will be able to effectively respond to the issues at stake, as well as to make the TOD solution appears as a relevant, striking and new solution to respond to the challenge thrown down to companies by the COVID crisis, the construction of a company that is closer to the people and their expectations for a responsible development of the economy.
