Hindsight, lessons learned and new goals
We would like to start the year by thanking our talents and clients alike for their trust and involvement. While 2020 was not easy for anyone, we faced it together and we are happy and grateful to have you by our side in the coming year.
New organizations, companies and 500 new talents joined us last year, convinced by TOD purpose, by revealing the potential and drivers of individual commitment in order to align them with the issues and new challenges of organizations.
The past year has provided us with highlights and lessons learned that are important to revisit.
Deloitte recognized TOD for its more responsible and supportive approach to human resources and its commitment to building a future filled with meaning and humanity and selected us to participate in the annual ‘Future of HR’ event where we shared our solutions for placing human values and meaning at the heart of performance in the workplace. A white book was published on this occasion: The digital transformation of Human Resources in 2020.
Still active within the HR Lab, TOD contributed to the writing of the collective work ” AI at the service of HR, for an enhanced employee experience” published by Dunod on September 1, 2020.
Our mission to reveal the qualities of each person and to put them at the service of the team has never been more important than in 2020, marked by the break-up of teams and the questioning of the meaning of work and the purpose of companies.
In this context, we organized throughout the year, meetings, TOD cafés and webinars. These events allowed us to discuss the lessons to be learned from the sanitary crisis and to address the following question: “How can we maintain a human approach to management in an anxious and ultra-digitalized environment?
TOD also went to meet companies, during 4 TOP HRs in Annecy, Lille, La Baule and Deauville to share its solutions for a more responsible and collective world of work while maintaining the social link.
As per our commitment to put people back at the heart of organizations, to highlight the uniqueness of each individual, to give meaning to our activities, is more important than ever, at the beginning of 2021, we reiterate our promise to accompany you, to reveal your potential and to help you realize your dreams and ambitions.
