After more than six months of break interspersed with webinars, we are pleased to announce the resumption of the TOD community meetings!


Indeed, we will have the honor to welcome Philippe Schleiter on a timely topic: “The growing responsibility of managers in the post-Covid world.” Philippe Schleiter is Associate Director of Delta Lead, which today wears its slogan “Great leaders for hard times” particularly well. He describes himself as a revealer of managerial courage.

In his second book, “Management: the great return of reality“, Philippe Schleiter pays tribute to managers in a world of liberated enterprise that advocates their abolition… During the confinement, he published a book entitled “20 benchmarks for acting and working in the post-Covid world” which he will come and share with us.
